2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name and email address you provide when signing up for our beta program or creating an account.

  • Payment Information: If you make purchases, payment details are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

2.3 Keyboard Data

TickerKey is a custom iOS keyboard. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any text you type using the keyboard. The keyboard processes ticker symbol, prefixed '$', lookups locally on your device. Market data requests are made directly to our data providers without transmitting the content of your messages or conversations. TickerKey does not read or process your text messages, to fetch market data user has to explicitely prefix ticker symbols with '$' letter.


3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process alert requests and send related notifications
  • Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
